Won't buy from Tanga again. Received 2 pairs of sandals that poorly fit my feet due to cheap materials. When i inquired about returning them (their website said EASY returns), they offered a $2 refund due to cost of return shipping. Yes, appears the return may be easy however, it's a foreign seller so return shipping is astronomical.
Don't try to return an inferior item. They will dock you some of your return cost for no reason at all! There are so many more reputable, kind and good quality items on numerous sites out there. I cannot believe this online sub par shopping site is still in business. I know many who have had a bad experience with Tanga.

If I could give zero stars I would. They wouln't give me any kind of tracking number for over 2 weeks. Then they gave me tracking for something I never ordered and it went to a place halfway across the country from me. I never got the stuff I ordered and they lied when I asked them where it was delivered to. I will never do business with this bunch of crooks again.
Product was $149.00 they deducted $112.00 from my return for shipping label. I should have checked out the company on BBB
Tanga has been very professional and organized when I have been doing business with them in the past. I detest technology but these folks make it easy and they have very good customer service. Do business here.
It was my first time to order and try Tanga. After waiting for more than a week for the shipment, all i got was the incorrect size of the item. I emailed their support staff and they were quick to refund my money. They said if i wanted to re-order the correct item, i can do so. That's not the way to run a business. I'll never order from Tanga again.
Sent wrong size shoes. Customer pays for return shipping. Need to return, then reorder. They do not exchange. Not good customer service.
Purchased many items. Wonderful value. Bought a Suit>>TOO SMALL>>>got a refund and purchased a larger suit. Thank you Tanga.
I have been purchasing from Tanga for years. Yes, it's cheap Chinese things but I know this going in and only order small things that shouldn't make a difference. The last was some Dove Soap bars. On a Sunday, I happened to be home and heard the door bang. I went out to collect a box. Low and behold is was not for me or my address. I couldn't stop the Fed Ex man and figured I'd catch him in the next day or two. Which I did and he was grateful that I returned the mis-delivery. Now, at the time I had no idea to associate this with Tanga. A week later I started to wonder about my order and checked the website to see that it was delivered on that Sunday. No problem, I wrote Tanga and explained what happened. I was greeted with "It's been delivered, check with your neighbors". Called Fed-Ex who apologized but stated the type of shipment made, only the shipper could make a claim. Back to Tanga who just repeats I have it, it's been delivered. Try to explain again only to get, "It's been delivered, you have it." I then ask that of all my purchases from Tanga, I'm choosing to lie about $20 of Dove Soap bars? The reply was that I "probably got two boxes that day and kept the soap"! I mean... WOW! I hardly write about anything, but this will make me shout from every website I can. STAY AWAY FROM TANGA! (btw, also don't let a mis-shipment out of your hands until you know what it's associated with!)

What I ordered is a good product.But I order two different types of IPad holders and only got one of them.And it has been over to weeks.

I have very bad experience with Tango and their items. They are useless, defective and do not work. It is almost impossible to figure out how to return the items with missing parts. There is no customer service telephone to find out how to return the useless items to them. I will never buy any thing from Tanga again.
The experience with Tanga was a pleasant one. The stamps were exactly as described. They provided the tracking number so I would know when to expect delivery of the stamps. Thank you.

The items they advertise/describe are not what you end up getting. It's a standard Bait-and-switch operation. They luer in customers with a well written advertisement, then take forever shipping, to only get Cheap Chinese products, that they make it impossible to return. Best thing to do is NOT order from them. The Wish app is better and at least you will know what you are getting.

No, my review is current 6/15/19 and the service is terrible as will as the quality of their laptops. Don't know about other things and will not find out. Emailed them on 6/4/19 and have not heard from them yet. Texted them on 6/11/19, which is supposed to generate an immediate reply and have not heard from them yet (6/15/19). Don't do it.

You wont be receiving anything including your money back. They filed bankruptcy... yet are still actively selling on their website. According to them anything purchased before June 1 st will no longer be shipped nor refunded... nice... right.! Shady company!
